Welcome
The Piney-Z Community Development District (CDD) owns and operates the amenities (the lodge, pool, playground, fitness facility, and pavilion) located in the Piney-Z neighborhood. The CDD has a board of five publicly elected Supervisors (elected by the residents of Piney-Z) and is separate from the Piney-Z Homeowners Association.
All Piney-Z residents pay an annual assessment to the CDD to maintain the amenities and fund almost all expenses. Electronic key fobs, required for access to restricted amenities, are available at the Lodge for Piney-Z residents and annual fee-paying passholders at a nominal cost.
