The Piney-Z CDD Board of Supervisors takes the safety of residents and guests seriously.  We have placed equipment (shown below) at CDD activity locations for use in emergencies. 
 
The first step in any serious emergency is to call 911.

Public Records Notice
According to Chapter 119.01, Florida Statutes, it is the policy of the State of Florida that all state, county, and municipal records (including email messages sent to the CDD by the public) are open for personal inspection and copying by any person.  Providing access to public records is a duty of each agency.  The Piney-Z CDD is a unit of special-purpose municipal government.
